- What worked
- Every pitch went out on time.
- What didn’t
- Large outlets aren’t buying sponsored features this quarter.
- Adjustment · Change target segment
- Pitch 8 mid-size trade publications instead. Follow up within 48 hours.
A 15-minute agenda
- Team target (1 min). Actual against target, and the share of the month gone.
- Each person (2 min each). KPI, this week’s target and actual, tasks completed, their three-line reflection.
- Needs adjustment (the rest). Anyone who did the work but missed the result. Agree the new approach and next week’s tasks there and then.

The check-in people actually fill in
Before the meeting, each person publishes a short check-in. Fivvv freezes their numbers for the week and asks only three questions:
- What worked?
- What didn’t work?
- What will you change next week?
No long evaluation form. It takes two minutes on a phone.
Why weekly beats monthly
A monthly post-mortem tells you what went wrong after it’s too late to change it. A weekly review catches the gap in week two, when the required pace is still achievable. Fivvv recalculates that pace every week, so the meeting starts from the right number.
