Privacy policy

The controller for personal data processed through Fivvv is Ichii GmbH, Kollwitzstraße 76, 10435 Berlin, Germany. Full details are in the imprint.

• Your account: name, email address and a salted hash of your password.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID. We ask Google only for basic identity (openid, email, profile) — never your Drive, Gmail, Calendar or contacts.
• Workspace content: teams, KPIs and their history, tasks, check-ins, adjustment plans and comments.
• If your workspace has a paid plan: its Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan and billing status. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never stored by Fivvv.
• Product events such as “task completed” or “check-in published”, recorded with ids only, to understand which parts of Fivvv are used.

• No advertising and no selling or renting of data.
• No tracking of mouse movement, screen activity, screenshots or keystrokes.
• No third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Fivvv uses only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember which workspace you last opened. No tracking cookies.

Inside a workspace, visibility follows the roles and settings described in the product: teammates see team-visible KPIs, tasks and published check-ins; private tasks are visible only to their assignee and creator. People in other workspaces can never see your data.

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database and, if enabled, email delivery) to run the service, and Stripe to process payments for paid plans. They process data only to provide that service to us.

You can edit your content at any time. To export your workspace, the owner can download CSV files from the Company page. To delete your account or a workspace, email hi@fivvv.com and we will delete it.
