Terms of use

Fivvv is a KPI tracking tool for teams, provided by Ichii GmbH, Berlin, Germany (see imprint). We may change or improve the service over time.

Fivvv is free for workspaces with up to 5 active members. Larger workspaces need a paid subscription plan, billed monthly per workspace (not per seat) at the prices shown on pricing when you subscribe; plans above 100 active members are agreed individually. Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions renew each month until cancelled.

The workspace owner can change or cancel a paid plan at any time. Upgrades apply once the prorated difference is paid. A cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the paid plan stays active until then. When a paid plan ends, the workspace returns to Free and keeps its data.

You own what you put into Fivvv. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right people and for what their workspace contains.

• Don’t try to access workspaces or data you weren’t invited to.
• Don’t use Fivvv to harass people or to store unlawful content.
• Don’t overload, probe or disrupt the service.

Fivvv is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of anything critical.

You can stop using Fivvv at any time and ask us to delete your account or workspace; cancel any paid plan first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
