KPI tracking for small teams
Target. Plan. Do. Measure. Adjust.
Five steps from work to results.
Set each person’s monthly KPI, plan the week’s work against it, and see whether that work is actually moving the number — and what to change when it isn’t.

Example: October target $30,000. All four planned tasks are done, but the actual is $5,000 — 17%. Fivvv says: plan needs adjustment.
Simple KPI tracking that connects weekly work to real results.
The problem
Finishing the work is not the same as getting the result.
Tasks completed
100%
12 of 12 planned tasks
KPI achieved
18%
$5,400 of $30,000
Most tools stop at “done.” Fivvv shows whether the work actually moved the target.
How it works
One loop. Five steps. Every week.
1
Target
Set the measurable outcome.
2
Plan
Decide what work should produce it.
3
Do
Do the work. One tap per task.
4
Measure
Compare the work with the result.
5
Adjust
Change the plan when it isn’t working.
The model
Three things, never mixed up.
Primary KPI
The business result one person (or team) owns this month.
- Contribution revenue $40,000
- Placements 6
- Renewal rate 92%
Driver KPI
A measurable signal that should move the Primary KPI.
- Qualified meetings 18
- Billable hours 120
- Website traffic 30,000
Task
The work you do this week to move the numbers.
- Send 5 proposals
- Follow up last month’s quotes
- Publish 2 articles
One Primary KPI per person per month. Drivers explain how the result is produced and are never added to it. Tasks are never counted as results.
Team transparency
Everyone sees the same reality.
- The target.
- The plan.
- What’s done.
- The actual result.
Teammates see each other’s KPIs and team-visible tasks. Private tasks stay private. Salaries and costs are never shown. How team KPIs work

Completed everything?
Still behind?
Then the plan — not the effort — needs to change.
Fivvv asks what needs to change, what you’ll do differently, and turns the answer into next week’s tasks. Your manager can comment.

Fivvv works best for roles with measurable outcomes — revenue, placements, billable hours, qualified leads, CSAT. It is not meant for every job, and it is not an HR or project-management tool. See it for sales teams, agencies and small businesses.
Questions
Before you try it.
- Can’t I just do this in a spreadsheet?
- You can, and many teams start there. Fivvv does the parts spreadsheets make tedious: the weekly pace from the working days left, linking each task to the KPI it should move, a monthly history that never gets overwritten, and a clear “plan needs adjustment” when the work is done but the number isn’t.
- We already use Asana / ClickUp / monday.com.
- Keep them. Fivvv is not a project manager. It holds the few numbers that matter and the week’s work aimed at them, so the weekly review is about results, not task lists.
- Is this another complicated OKR tool?
- No objective trees, no quarterly scoring, no alignment maps. One measurable target per person, a few drivers if useful, and a weekly loop.
- How much does my team have to learn?
- Members do three things: plan a few tasks, tick them off, and update their number. Owners and managers set the KPIs.
- What happens to last month’s numbers?
- Each month is its own record. A new month starts automatically and never overwrites the previous one, so you can compare months and see the trend.
- Who can see what?
- Teammates see each other’s team-visible KPIs and tasks. KPIs can also be limited to managers or kept private, private tasks stay private, and salaries are never part of Fivvv. It does not monitor screens, keystrokes or activity.
- Is it really free? Is it per seat?
- Free for up to 5 active members, no credit card. Bigger teams pay one flat monthly price per workspace from $19, never per seat, and every plan has every feature.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from the billing page. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays.
