KPIs + tasks
Tasks are not results. Track both, side by side.
Task managers ask “did you finish it?” KPI dashboards ask “where’s the number?” Fivvv asks the question in between: did finishing the work move the number?

Needs adjustment
Plan needs adjustment
You completed the work. The result is still behind target.
Why a task list alone misleads
Someone can complete 10 of 10 planned tasks and still be at 17% of their target. A to-do app shows a perfect week. The month says otherwise. Without both numbers on one screen, the problem surfaces at the end-of-month review — too late to fix.
How Fivvv connects them
- Target. Each person has one to three KPIs for the period.
- Plan. Each week they add the few tasks that should move it — optionally linked to the KPI.
- Do. One tap to complete a task.
- Measure. Fivvv puts work completed next to result achieved.
- Adjust. If the work is done and the result is behind, Fivvv says Plan needs adjustment and helps turn a new approach into next week’s tasks.
A real adjustment
Chie, media sales: target $30,000 actual $5,000 after week two, all 10 pitches sent. Her adjustment: change target segment — pitch eight mid-size trade publications instead of national outlets, follow up within 48 hours. Those become next week’s tasks. Her manager comments. Next Friday the numbers show whether the new plan worked.
What Fivvv deliberately doesn’t do
No projects, epics, sprints, story points, dependencies, Gantt charts or custom workflows. Tasks are a title, an owner, a due date and done / not done. If you need project management, keep your project tool — use Fivvv for the outcomes.
