OKR alternative
Fewer frameworks. One weekly loop.
OKRs work for some companies. Small teams often end up with objectives nobody reads and key results updated once a quarter. Fivvv keeps the useful part — a measurable target — and adds a weekly rhythm.

What’s different from OKRs
- One to three KPIs per person, not objectives with nested key results.
- Monthly targets, weekly pace instead of quarterly scoring.
- Tasks attached to the target, so you can see whether the work matches the goal.
- A built-in adjust step when the work is done but the number isn’t moving.
When Fivvv is the better fit
Teams of 3–50 where most roles have a number: revenue, placements, billable hours, leads, CSAT. Teams that already meet weekly and are tired of rebuilding the same KPI slides.
When it isn’t
If you need multi-level company OKR cascades, alignment maps or annual planning, Fivvv will feel too small. That’s intentional. It is not an HR suite or a performance-review system either.
Moving from OKRs
Take each key result that has a number and an owner. That’s a KPI. Set its period to this month. Ask each owner for three tasks this week that should move it. Review on Friday. That’s the whole migration.
